About the speaker

Jim Leahy Chartered Engineer
Jim is a civil engineer and a Chartered member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). He is a Technical Director with responsibility for Health and Safety within RPS where he specialises in the health and safety duties of client, PSDP, designer, PSCS and contractor as well as in safety management systems. His experience includes pharmaceutical, structural, water, wastewater, transport, healthcare and wind farms amongst others. Jim provides safety consultancy to a variety of clients including local authorities. He is the lecturer on the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health approved course on the role of the PSDP provided by the Construction Industry Federation.
